U S Aviation Safety Team Arrives

In response to the request from the Nigerian government, a team of four air safety experts will arrive in Lagos today to assist in the investigation of the crash of Bellview flight 210 in Ifo, Ogun State. Led by Dennis Jones of the US National Transportation Safety Board, the team also includes two members from the Boeing Aircraft Corporation, makers of the Belleview Boeing 737, and a representative of Pratt & Whitney, the makers of the aircraft engines.

The team will assist in the investigation of the crash along with the Nigerian accident investigation team.
