JANITORIAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The United States Consulate-General Lagos, Nigeria seeks the services of a reputable cleaning contractor to carry out cleaning services in its offices located in Ikeja, Ikoyi and Victoria Island. The anticipated contract award will include a base year of twelve months and four one-year option periods.

To be considered for selection, prospective contractors must show and provide verifiable evidence of past experience and present records of similar services to reputable organizations. They must show evidence of having the organizational structure, and the required equipment to perform under this contract.

A site inspection has been scheduled as per section L.5. All interested organizations must send the names of not more than two personnel that would attend the site inspection. Please read the cover letter and section L.5 for details. Failure to provide the names of those attending the inspection would lead to your company being denied access to our facilities for the inspection.

Deadline for submission of proposals is May 28, 2009 at 1500hrs. See block 7 on the SF 33 form of the address for submission. Late submissions will not be accepted.
