The Information Resource Centers (IRCs) are reference/research library that provide comprehensive and authoritative information on the United States. 

IRC reference specialists help you find facts and answers, keep you up to date, and empower you to help yourself. 

In the IRCs you will find news from Washington and information about U.S. foreign policy, law, democracy and government, trade and economics, American literature and political thinking, HIVAIDS, U.S. and international statistics, and Internet.

We have information for journalists, academics, businessmen and women, civic organizations, teachers, students, government officials, military, clergy and traditional rulers.s
