Ms. Donna M. Blair, a career member of the Senior Foreign Service, arrived in Nigeria as the Consul General of the United States Consulate General in Lagos in December 1, 2007.  Her most recent previous assignment was as Consul General in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.  Her other overseas assignments include serving in Kenya, Venezuela, Ghana, Nigeria, Spain, Argentina, and Hong Kong.  Her domestic assignments include various postings with the U.S. Department of State in Washington, DC and the Armed Forces Staff College.
