General Services Office (GSO)
The Procurement Section of the General Service Office is responsible for the acquisition of a full range of items and services to the Embassy in Abuja and Consulate Lagos through the use of the stated instruments or solicitation packages: Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotations (RFQ), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and Purchase cards. Procurement section is responsible for making sure that items and services to be procured are not prohibited items in addition to ensuring compliance to the regulations guiding overseas acquisitions. The Contracting Officer provides guidance on all procurement related activities within the embassy.

The American Embassy Abuja requests quote from generator companies for the rental of generators. The requirement is for 150KVA , 250KVA and 350KVA generators.
