The United States Consulate General Lagos has a requirement for suitable contractors that can provide packing, unpacking and custom clearing services within the Lagos area. The Consulate plans to award multiple contracts for this requirement consisting of a base year and 4 option year periods. The United States Embassy, Abuja requires the service of an experienced contractor for the provision of copier maintenance services for its offices. The copier machines are of Canon and Panasonic specifications. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government.
Firms responding to this announcement on or before the closing date should have the following criteria:
- Be able to understand written and spoken English;
- Evidence that the company operates an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing;
- Evidence demonstrating prior experience in copier maintenance, preferably Panasonic and Canon with past performance information and references;
- Evidence that the company can provide necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources needed to perform the work;
- Must be able to respond to maintenance requests at a short notice;
- Evidence of registration with CAC.

U.S. Embassy Abuja – REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - PURCHASE FOR A 500 KVA GENERATOR

The subject is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the American Embassy Abuja Nigeria for Offerors to provide One Number Standby 500KVA Sound Proof Diesel Engine Generator for Mega 66 Housing Compound Durumi, Abuja Nigeria with a corresponding Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) to the unit as per attached detailed Specifications.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable proposal at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The RFP does not commit the American Embassy Abuja to make any award. The Government may cancel this RFP or any part of it at its own discretion.
